Return and Exchange Policy
We understand things can go wrong in shipping, and sometimes we make a mistake!
Returns are completed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with order issues.
If an item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we will refund or exchange the item within 10 days of receipt of your purchase.
Personalized items cannot be returned.
When we receive a return, we will send you an email notification. When your refund or exchange is processed, you will receive a second email.
Please note, it can take up to 10 business days from the time of processing for your bank to complete the refund transaction.
